Skills are at the heart of every profession, and at COVERGUARD®, we strive to protect and enhance them.
This iconic brand embodies decades of expertise and innovation dedicated to designing solutions tailored to the unique risks of each sector.
QUALITY AUDIT AND CONTROLLED SHIPMENTS
Every year, about 20 audits are carried out on our subcontractors' premises by an independent third party, in accordance with the ISO 9001 quality management system standard. Then, we work with our partners to implement improvement plans.
Also, every year our shipments are subjected to more than 700 inspections, either on departure from, and/or on arrival at our warehouses. Controls exceeding the requirements of European standards are carried out to check the safety of the leather used to make our gloves, the quality of the zippers on our clothing and the performance of our safety footwear
A TEAM OF PRODUCT MANAGERS SPECIALISED PER CATEGORY
The design teams have developed their knowledge of end-user expectations through regular contact with professional testers.
Meanwhile, they master the various technologies used in the manufacturing process of COVERGUARD® products.
We are then able to develop a product offer that is adapted and increasingly unique.
JOINT DEVELOPMENTS PROGRAMS
We are setting up co-development programmes with industrial partners as and we also invest in tooling.
We work closely with industrial design firms and stylists to answer the needs of safety and ergonomic requirements, while taking into account the look of the end-users, even in their workplace!
Our products are tested and certified by world-renowned laboratories (CTC, SATRA, INSPEC, BSI, INTERTEK, SGS, CRITT, ALIENOR, ...).
