These delivery times run from the confirmation of the order and are subject to availability in stock and the proper functioning of the carrier. For any further information, please contact the Customer Service department.
Delivery of our products: reservations on receipt
In order to maintain a high quality service, please find below some advice for the reception of your goods.
Upon receipt, it is essential to check:
- The number of packages or pallets (information noted on the driver's consignment note),
- The condition of the package or pallet, the presence of the Coverguard film.
In the event of non-conformity, the reservations must be:
- Written: Formulated at the time of delivery.
- Precise: Describing the delivery anomalies and the damage suffered by the goods (and not exclusively by the packaging) with the quantity and reference of the parts concerned.
- Complete: Only the damage mentioned in the reservations will be considered as existing at the time of delivery.
- Confirmed in writing within 3 open days: If they have been contradicted by the driver and in all cases for shipments of 3 tons and more.
Examples:
- Wet goods-x pieces of ref x wet.
- Pallets unstacked or without Coverguard film, x ref x pieces missing.
- Opened parcels, x pieces of ref x missing.
- Partial delivery-x packages of x pieces of ref x are missing.
Please note:
All Coverguard pallets delivered are filmed with green Coverguard logo film. If you notice a different film on receipt, please make a note of this.
