COVERGUARD announces the appointement of Hervé Zipper as CEO and Marc Procureur as CFO
Coverguard, a major player in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and its shareholder, the family investment holding company DENTRESSANGLE, are happy to announce the appointment of Hervé Zipper as CEO. He is joined by Marc Procureur who is appointed as CFO. Hervé Zipper succeeds Pascal Gervais who becomes Deputy Managing Director.
Hervé Zipper's mission will be to open a new chapter in the company's development by building on the "Safety Designer" positioning of COVERGUARD. With a presence in France and Europe, but also in China, COVERGUARD designs, manufactures and distributes a complete range of unique, original, comfortable and reliable products to protect men and women in the workplace.

The new management team will also aim at accelerating the company's development by exploring or consolidating new markets. They will be able to rely on motivated teams as well as on the strength of the COVERGUARD brand, a unique brand focused on customer satisfaction and the development of high value-added products for a very demanding work environment where individual safety is the number one priority.
Hervé Zipper, 50 years old, holds a post-graduate degree from the University of Aix-Marseille in Analysis of multidisciplinary professional situations (1996-1997). He began his career at Thales as HR Manager (1997-2003) and then founded his own company in HR Information Systems before joining Delta Plus where he became General Manager Europe, US and Export (2006-2021). He was most recently CEO of Klap Solutions (2021-2022), a designer, manufacturer and supplier of single-use sanitary protection equipment.
Marc Procureur, 52, began his career at Deloitte (1993-1996) after a postgraduate degree in Audit and Management at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Master's degree in Finance at Sciences Po Paris. He then was appointed as CFO in various companies owned by families or financial shareholders such as SPIE Oil & Gas Services, Lavance, Thomson Video Networks, Altares - Dun & Bradstreet and Datawords.
