Marielle Castillon has been offering Coverguard products to her customers for over 10 years! A PPE buyer at LA QUICAILLERIE AIXOISE, our loyal customer was present at the start of our Coverguard Tour in Aix-en-Provence on April 7.
Our mobile showroom is now on the road across France, meeting up with our dealers - and with you today! What did you learn from the experience?
Marielle Castillon: I find it interesting to meet the manufacturer and develop our partnership. It's even reassuring to see each other in real life, and not just to be in contact from a distance. It also enabled me to see the products up close, such as the cold gloves and Claw Proof shoes, for example, and to discover the brand's latest innovation: the ATEX range. The oenology workshop was the highlight of the day!

Marielle Castillon: La quincaillerie Aixoise is a family business founded 75 years ago. It distributes over 35,000 products for the industrial and construction trades: paint, plumbing, electricity, wood and gardening. It caters for professionals, local authorities and private individuals alike. We cover the departments of Bouches du Rhône (13), Var (83), Vaucluse (84) and Gard (30) thanks to our 17 generalist sales representatives. And we've been carrying Coverguard products for over 10 years.

Marielle Castillon: Yes, the brand has definitely improved! Today, it's clearer and easier to understand, and the products are as attractive and appealing as ever. It has to be said that the quality/price ratio is very attractive, as is the sales policy. We've succeeded in creating a real partnership. In 4 years, our sales with the brand have doubled.
What about your customers? What feedback do they give you on our products?
Marielle Castillon: New products are often very well received in store, as was the case with Milerite shoes and Yang jackets. Our customers come to us because they know they'll find the Seasons range too! Coverguard products are reassuringly long-lasting and hard-wearing; they're quality products.
